Main Objective

The overarching objective of the study is to explore the application of interactive web GIS in cholera spatial epidemiology in Karonga District Health Office.

Specific Objectives

• To assess the potential for spatial epidemiology application in cholera outbreak data capture in Karonga District Health Office
• To evaluate spatial risk factors associated with the distribution pattern of cholera cases in Karonga District Health Office of the 2017-2018 cholera outbreak report
• To develop interactive web GIS map for cholera outbreak management
• To evaluate application of interactive web GIS map in cholera outbreak management
